Disappointed with Service Dept. A/C service We would NOT recommend Jaguar of Fort Myers service department. We recently brought our 2008 S-Type (which we originally purchased at the dealership) We would NOT recommend Jaguar of Fort Myers service department. We recently brought our 2008 S-Type (which we originally purchased at the dealership) in for A/C service and the diagnosis was that the compressor needed to be replaced at $2,197. The 'diagnosis' charge was $170. We obtained a second opinion that same day at nearby Modern Auto Air of Fort Myers and the problem was only a simple compressor relay, and the A/C was quickly fixed for $140. I have to question the motivations and overall A/C expertise at the Jaguar dealer. More

We could not find better words to describe the services provided by Josh McKenzie and Melanie Perry. As well as by David the lead mechanic . These two individuals to us represent the true value of this dealership. The courtesy and services provided are indeed superlative! They have helped us maintain this vehicle in showroom condition to win accolades at various Jaguar venues. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to our friends and family. Great Experience!! Travis was excellent I went to Fort Myers Jag/Land Rover dealership to get a dent out of my rim (they are associated with a service that does this on their property...and I went to Fort Myers Jag/Land Rover dealership to get a dent out of my rim (they are associated with a service that does this on their property...and they are awesome too). First off, I had the dent removed for $130 or so on my Porsche 911 and the other (non-Porsche) German car specialist shop in Bonita Springs was just over $500 and they needed the wheel for several days. I had it done in an hour or so. Wheel is perfect now. Then the dealership balanced my rims which was quite reasonable (and washed my car too!!). Then I asked them to price some new rubber for my Porsche. I saved A LOT compared to my other quote (yes, same German car shop) and had them do the alignment and balance. Service was beyond on my expectations. Smooth. I had my Jeep serviced just up the road at the Jeep Dealership and it was ok, but a completely different experience. If you have a fine car, don't hesitate to take it to Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers. More

Great people at Jaguar land Rover We went to fix my mirrors on my Range Rover and we came home with a 2016 new Ranger Rover . What a great experience with all the people there . Samantha was a wonderful , and knowledgeable sales rep . Her bosses Nick was great also . Scott with financing was great . The next day I brought my new car back to get the seats and paint treated with teflon . Christian in service was so nice and helpful . Just a great experience from start to finish . More

My own personal pit crew! Wow! I live in Alpine Jag country in Boca Raton Fl and have always been exceedingly happy, but wheni suffered a blowout in Ft. Myers FL on a business Wow! I live in Alpine Jag country in Boca Raton Fl and have always been exceedingly happy, but wheni suffered a blowout in Ft. Myers FL on a business trip, Ft. myers Jag, I felt like I had my own personal pit crew! Hey turned me out in minutes in a great loaner once I got towed in, and allowed me to get on my way for what needed up being an overnight business trip. Coming back through the following day, my warranties took care of my tire and they took care of 3-4 recall items plus detailed my car! You can't ask for more than that! This experience and my satisfaction with the vehicles ensures my business as long as possible no matter where I live! Well done and thank you Mel! More
