I brought in my Jaguar for a new battery on a Monday. Come Thursday, Friday, and Saturday after I called three times each day they never responded. I had planned to pick up the vehicle on Saturday but Come Thursday, Friday, and Saturday after I called three times each day they never responded. Madalyn Sanders was my service rep on a recent Saturday morning for the 30,000 mile service on my XJ. She was efficient and courteous and did me the favor of honoring the no charge waranty service even tho morning for the 30,000 mile service on my XJ. Additionally, she helped me coordinate with Brian from the Parts Department to assist in ordering the needed part for my Defender and assisted in ensuring that once received she would help to facilitate its installation. Brian was exceptional in reviewing my Defender to ensure only the parts that were needed were ordered, placed the order and arranged the purchase within 30min. I had previously gone to another facility for the Defender parts and waited 7 days before I even got a response which was only to advise they hadn't heard anything back from their ordering processing contact.
