The Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Sudbury has always been very accommodating and helpful. Every time I visit for car service I am treated like a queen and was allowed access to a conference room so that been very accommodating and helpful. Every time I visit for car service I am treated like a queen and was allowed access to a conference room so that I could work comfortably on my laptop. Derek Simpson was very thorough (but not ‘too’ thorough) with explaining the services rendered and even fit in an extra service that I had overlooked. Additionally, the mechanic heard a slight noise and ordered a part for my wheel that I will go back to have put on when it comes in. 10 stars for this dealership on service - they went above and beyond as always!
