In April I bought a brand new 2013 Focus. As I hit 5,000 miles I had already needed a transmission. I was not a happy camper. I took the car back to Jannell and brought it to the service department. I dealt mostly with Andrew and he was so amazing and took time and effort in helping me. While my car was being fixed he was always keeping in touch with me to keep me up to date with the on goings. When I got my car back I continued to have problems. I DID NOT once blame Jannell as the car came from the manufacture and was obviously just the "runt" of the lot. As my problems continued Jannell stood by me and my car and helped me greatly. Jannell worked with me in helping me with a new car and I couldn't be happier. They all went above and beyond in helping me. William Roderick was my number one helper in dealing with my problems. I would recommend Jannell to anyone because they stand by everything and are always there to help you. They make buying or leasing a car or truck a pleasant easy hassle free experience. Service repair is also amazing in keeping you informed and helping you stay safe while on the road! Jannell will always be my come to for a new vehicle! Thank you to all! Everyone is amazing!!!! More

Had an 8am Saturday appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on new car purchased 5 months ago. I had also mentioned a metallic rattle 'seemingly' in the engine compartment, on acceleration, more tire rotation on new car purchased 5 months ago. I had also mentioned a metallic rattle 'seemingly' in the engine compartment, on acceleration, more noticeable when A/C was on. When I asked what they found, they indicated a loose license plate. Sorry, not even close; still have the rattle; so I'll wait until next time, if I elect to use you for oil changes, even though I have already paid for extended coverage. 1. Employee didn't open doors at 8:10, as 5-7 other customers waited. 2. My particular car did not get in until at 9:30am 3. Called back to my car at 9:55am. 2 hours for an oil change? (and tire rotation). Sorry not good. The fellow at the desk indicated Saturday were not good as every works the week, and try to schedule Saturdays. Here's a suggestion 1: have more people work Saturday! Suggestion 2: have someone work on oil changes, so those waiting don't have to wait for bigger jobs to complete, because 5-7 people came in at the same time. I came in for 75,000 mile oil and car check . I was extremely surprised at the extremely high level of service, courtesy and professionalism shown by everyone I dealt with at Jannell Ford and Andrew in particular. This was the first car that I had bought, and I was pretty unsure heading into the process. Not sure what car I wanted, I visited several different dealerships, and the process seemed just as unpleasan pretty unsure heading into the process. Not sure what car I wanted, I visited several different dealerships, and the process seemed just as unpleasant as I had feared that it would be, with several different salesmen not interested in showing me the model of cars that I asked to see, or asking pressing questions about my payment plans when I was just looking to test drive certain cars. As a result, though a Ford Fusion was always on my list of possible vehicles, I was not excited when I came to the Jannell dealership. However, right off the bat Evan was extremely helpful. His approach was very different from what I had experienced elsewhere, as he was very relaxed and interested in trying to find out the sort of car that I wanted, rather than what he could sell. The first day that I was at the dealer, he showed me several different options (I was looking for a hybrid car, willing to buy preowned, but with my heart really leaning towards new) right at the dealership. He also let me choose the route we drove while test driving, so I could see the cars' performance on different sorts of roads and the highway, rather than just in a small loop near the dealership. Before I left that day he talked to me about different equipment options for the cars we had looked at, assuring me that he would be able to find a car very similar to my ideal if I decided to buy from Jannell. I did not do so right away. I visited a few other dealers, and did not have bad experiences, but no where that equaled the feeling of not being under pressure that I experienced at Jannell. This part of the process took a couple of weeks, during which time Evan contacted me, and was very understanding and helpful about my anxiety towards taking the big step of buying my first car. When I returned to Jannell, mostly sure about what I wanted, Evan patiently went over all the details of what options different available cars had, and the pros and cons of each. And it was really a breath of fresh air talking with him again after visiting the other dealers. Although the vehicles on my final list varied in price, I always felt that the decision of which one to get was completely up to me. In the end, Evan found a new car that checked off nearly every item on my wish list (including several that I didn't think I'd be able to get), especially the red color, and had it ready for me to pick up at the dealer in only a matter of days. I am very happy with my car, and I really appreciated all of Evan's help throughout the process. More
