When I finally did arrive to JW, a couple of weeks later, I was greeted by her and she led me to Chris, my sales rep. Chris was phenomenal.! He was helpful, professional, engaging and knowledgeable. He worked with my budget and was never pushy. At the end of the day, I wased to Josh, the finance manager. I have owned several cars before, but I've never financed one, so he made sure to go over every detail with me. Very nice and professional. The ONLY reason that I did not give my experience 5 stars is the fact that from the moment I decied on a car, I waited over 4 and a half hours to see Josh in finance. Although the customer waiting area and concierge service are great, that wait is too long. More
