Exceptional Service I recently had my 2001 Toyota Tacoma frame replaced that was covered under warranty. JJ did a fantastic job explaining the history behind the recall I recently had my 2001 Toyota Tacoma frame replaced that was covered under warranty. JJ did a fantastic job explaining the history behind the recall, explained in detail everything that was involved in the replacement and discounts that the dealer was providing for additional work. JJ also allowed me to see my truck and meet the mechanic who worked on it mid way through the job. I can not say enough about the professionalism of the Mechanic, JJ and the entire service department. Since the frame replacement, my truck rides like new. More

I scheduled this appt to have the service department look at the balance and, if necessary, correct the balance. They took it right in, rebalanced the four tires and said "yes, they were out of balance." I am feeling good now with my smooth ride. Thanks much guys. I'll be back!! More
