Bought my 2017 F350 from belzers about 6 months ago with 17k miles on it. After owning it for 4 days had check engine light, brought it back, was told the high pressure fuel and entire fuel system had to be 17k miles on it. After owning it for 4 days had check engine light, brought it back, was told the high pressure fuel and entire fuel system had to be replaced. Luckily warranty/belzers covered it. Now 6k miles later check engine light again, brought back to belzers because they just worked on it last not long ago. Same exact thing, have to replace everything. Go to pick up truck and look it over to find missing parts that are suppose to hold fan shroud down and I take in place, both oil and transmission dipsticks not secured, just dangling there, wiring harness laying on top of motor, and coolant level below “add” mark in reservoir. (They had to drain it I guess). They fixed the issues on the spot as I watched the tech do it to make sure it was done right. Left dealer and went home 15 miles away, today went to go wash truck and made it about 10 miles and truck made a thud and lost all power and started running VERY rough. Was barely able to make it to apple Ford in lakeville as I was NEVER bringing my truck back to belzers because clearly they don’t have qualified mechanics for this. (If they can’t even put the simple things back together correctly on top of the motor, can you imagine how they do things on the actual major fuel system work!!??) proves my point I didn’t even make it 50 miles before break down. Called my saleman and said this is completely unacceptable for a 3rd break down within 6 months of ownership/6k miles with belzers “repair” work. Asked for a solution and for them to buy the truck back when it’s fixed by Apple Ford and wash our hands clean. Manager was frustrated I left a bad google review and told my salesman they will not be doing anything to help me out because I had already left a bad review!!??? HOW SHADY IS THAT!? I am at a loss for words and beyond angry at this situation as I’m out so much time money, and hassle dealing with this. I have all paperwork to prove everything mentioned. Unfortunately I don’t believe they record phone calls, probably so they can get away with treating customers like this… Absolutely by far my worst customer service experience in my life. More

Went to get my truck serviced for multiple warnings that had come up on my vehicle. I made an appointment and took the day off of work. I arrived early morning and they had states to me that they didn't hav had come up on my vehicle. I made an appointment and took the day off of work. I arrived early morning and they had states to me that they didn't have my name down for an appointment. I informed them that the vehicle had the intoxalock installed in it, and tried making another appointment for it. When trying to make another appointment for it, I was told that I would have to stay there the entire time when they would be working on the vehicle to blow into the system for them and then they stated to me that I couldn't bring in the vehicle it would have to be my husband since he is the reason intoxalock was installed in it. They tried to tell me that I didn't even have the right to drive my own vehicle and that the state doesn't allow anyone except the person that got the DUI to drive and blow into the system. That is a bunch of b.s. the state gives repair shops the directions on how to start the vehicle and they stated that nobody there would do it. So once again had to argue the fact that I can drive my own vehicle and they can blow into the system. I once again made an appointment and took another day off of work for a 4 hour service. They then told me it was going to take the whole day and that they could maybe figure out a way to start the vehicle. It ended up being 2 months before the service was supposed to be finished because Ford doesn't even make the hose that connects to the def reservoir, which you need for all newer diesel vehicles. When I finally got to pick up my vehicle , it was 100% covered in hail damage. I had just had all the body work that was damaged previously done two weeks before bringing it to them. So when I talked to the service department about the severity of the damage on my truck from the hail, they said they aren't responsible for it Andi would have to make a claim with my insurance company for the damage. Wouldn't you think that they would have insurance for all the vehicles parked in their lot while it is being serviced???? So, I picked up the truck, drove it home and the 1 specific problem that they were supposed to fix was the 4 wheel drive, didn't work and a wrench showed up on the dash. I went to call and tell them about this problem and they were going to transfer me to the service department and the call never went through. When I got a hold of the service department they stated to me that they weren't able to get at it for 2-3 weeks. This is a problem that should have been done in the 2 months that they had it. People in their service department are rude and obviously don't know what they are doing. I would give it a 0 out of 5 if I could. Still don't have the 4 wheel drive working!!!! More
Do NOT buy a vehicle or have any vehicle repairs from Belzer. I purchased a F250 from Belzers almost 2 years ago. The purchase included an extended warranty which seemed like a good idea given how much t Belzer. I purchased a F250 from Belzers almost 2 years ago. The purchase included an extended warranty which seemed like a good idea given how much truck repairs can be. In an 8 month span, the truck was brought in for "warranty" work a minimum of 3 times. The 1st repair they could not duplicate the issue (wrench light on, erratic shifting). They cleared the code and charged $95. The 2nd repair, multiple warning lights on and truck would go into limp mode. Paid $2156.00 to have new some maintenance and warranty work done. Fast forward 4 weeks later and the warning light is back on and truck goes into limp mode....again. Had to have the truck towed to Belzer. Paid another $310 for them to do nothing. However, Belzer finally agreed with me that there is an issue with main computer component. Was hopeful the truck would finally get fixed. Just a few days shy of a month, Belzer still has my truck, waiting for the component. They advised it would take an additional 4 to 6 MONTHS for the part!. I am self employed and being without a truck for that period of time is not an option. Out of frustration I traded the truck and bought a new (used) truck from Belzer. I found a truck I wanted at the Lakeville location and was told that's a different location and we don't trade trucks between locations. As far as I'm concerned they are all one company. After further talks, I was allowed to buy the Lakeville truck. Isn't that nice of them. I should have let 30 days go by and allow the lemon law to kick in. Just wait, it gets better. Belzer presented me with a loan from Credit Union Loan Source (CULS) . A few weeks later, I received notification from CULS and Belzer that they were not honoring the loan as the age of the truck and the term of the loan exceeded 11 years. The contract has the year of the truck and the term on it so it is beyond frustrating that they are not honoring the loan! I can't cancel the loan, why can they cancel...that seems criminal. I am in the process of obtaining a loan through my own bank and Belzer hasn't notified CULS that we canceled the GAP insurance (3 weeks ago) and the extended warranty (6 weeks ago). Why isn't Belzer notifying the credit union of the cancellations!? We are trying to get a payoff minus the cancellation of GAP and extended warranty but it's still on the loan. It's that convenient for Belzer and CULS! It's a good thing I have the signed cancellation forms. Belzer's doesn't stand behind their work and have deceptive selling and repair practices. I will be filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, and the MN attorney general. Please listen to my cautionary tale and do NOT step foot into any Belzer location. This has cost me thousands of dollars to replace a computer component that Ford does not have. To close, one star was given because zero stars is not an option. More
