The customer service was very basic. The representative was kind of dry. The price for the service I received was somewhat high. And they took almost two hours for a process that THEY told me would take 30 was kind of dry. The price for the service I received was somewhat high. And they took almost two hours for a process that THEY told me would take 30 - 45 minutes, and I only got an update when I went to ask for a status after over an hour, and the response was 'sometimes it takes 30 minutes and sometimes it takes 2 hours, but hopefully they will be done soon.' Not the type response you want to hear when you could have planned for the possibility of 2 hours if they had been upfront about it. I would rate them a one, but the service used to better when a guy named Spencer was there. Maybe or hopefully the service will be better next time. More
