Was purchasing a 2018 Jeep Compass for full price ($17,900) for cash today. The gas fill door would not open and it was scratched and they agreed to repair it. I declined the service protection plan and all of a sudden I need to take the car "as is" (scratched gas filler door that would not open). Well, I went with my Daughter to buy her first auto. A used car. There was a sign in the lobby which stated that Jeff Wyler worries about your safety. Wyler in Florence will install a safety flashing light on your third tail light and do a deep clean to avoid any Covid problems. I was impressed that Jeff Wyler cared about us. Oh I forgot to mention that Jeff cared to the tune of $995. The deep-clean cost $400, JOKE. This amount was not on the beautiful poster in the showroom and wasn't mentioned until we were well into the purchase. As we were leaving they gave us the key, I asked only one? Yes, sorry I forgot to mention that. Oh yeah, no auto manual. After we got it home I noticed that the rear window wiper was missing. Per Wyler, we don't consider this a safety potential problem and will not replace it because it was on the car in the picture taken 3 weeks ago. We are a Cadillac family with two of them and purchased a Caddy from Wyler. NEVER AGAIN....BEWARE OF THE SLICK WAY JEFF CARES ABOUT YOU. I am on a Blog with 15,000 "approved" to be a member people. They all have 50 friends and the beat goes on and I will post this. You hurt the wrong guy this time. I know, I know you can't make everyone happy and this guy is probably a complainer. NOT SO.
