This is the most dishonest and lazy dealership you can fine. The employees are also very crooked people. Zeke, Tammy barker and the other Tammy are Horrible people to work with and they simple do not ca fine. The employees are also very crooked people. They significantly over charge for simple work and they don’t paid out if they damage your vehicle. I would never bring my business back to such a corrupt place. More
Contacted general manager as a last resort after no response to several attempts to communicate my disssatiscation. Service experience was not good. The problem was known and the solution was routin response to several attempts to communicate my disssatiscation. Service experience was not good. The problem was known and the solution was routine. Had appt at 8am but was unable to pick up car til next day. Got runaround all day as to why the delay. One excuse after another. One service issue was ignored (I had a problem with my fob and they told me it was ok). Problem continued. Finally took fob to a battery store at the suggestion of a friend and all it needed was a battery. Service employees did not react positively to my complaints and made me feel that it was my fault and that I was unreasonable and just a chronic complainer. Would never visit this dealer for service or to buy a car (which I will probably do in the next 6-12 months). Love my Hyundai but may change to another make. More

Purchased my 2022 Hyundai Kona from Jenkins Hyundai. Visited the service department 9/11 due to extreme overheating of my engine. Was told this is a KNOWN valve issue and it would not be able to be corr Visited the service department 9/11 due to extreme overheating of my engine. Was told this is a KNOWN valve issue and it would not be able to be corrected until the 20th. This is my only vehicle. Was told if I could leave it, it could be completed in 2 days,, I agreed this would work for me. Was then told, I am UNABLE to leave it because there is no room due to construction to the parking lot and his inventory is taking up ALL spaces. Requested a COURTESY car. Was told there were none available (though he never looked up anything) Was then told he could possibly comp a car from a car rental company, but then stated he wouldn’t do that either because he MAY not be able to get fully reimbursed. I explained I am a single mother and need reliable SAFE transportation. He then told me to just drive it…and offered me the Hyundai Roadside Assistance number if I broke down….My family has purchased Hyundai since 1988…but 2022, looks like the last year for me and my family. More

Zach Fenno at Jenkins Hyundai made sure my vehicle was in and out of service in less than hour, had a great sense of humor which is important to me because I’m super silly and very kind. 10/10 experience - I would buy Hyundai 100 times over and I would especially return to Jenkins.
