"Excellent"

My husband and I purchased our 2013 Versa in November. We added on the extra warranty, not expecting anything spectacular. The car started overheating at idle on Friday night, so we brought it in yesterday, Saturday. We were very skeptical to bring it here because of the bad reviews, but Aaron eased our concerns. He gave us a rental free of charge, and due to the extra warranty, we had no deductible! Aaron called us back a little before they closed yesterday to let us know the car was ready but we could pick it up today. I went in expecting to get the "well, the parts were covered but labor wasnt", but i walked out with my car and no charge in about 5 min! Everyone was super friendly! Thank you Jenkins Nissan for the excellent experience!

"Terrible Customer Service"

In June I was in an accident and brought my Rogue to Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland where I bought the car. I dropped my Rogue off on July 27th and it was ready August 2nd. Not even a week later I noticed bumper was coming off and brought it back. Per Mike in the service department the bumper was manufactured improperly and a bumper and clamps had to be reordered and it would take 3-5 days for parts to come in and 3-5 days for the body shop to paint it. 9 weeks later with very little communication and many unanswered phone calls from them my bumper finally arrived October 13th. October 21st I dropped off my Rogue to Jenkins Nissan to put the bumper on and when picking it up noticed right away this bumper not only had the same problem but the paint job was all scratched up. They took pictures and said they would get it resolved but no communication from them once again and it is now October 25th. I have called the service manager Mike Camirino (sp) several times with no call back. The lack of customer service and communication from the service department is damaging this dealerships relationship with customers and I have been patient and tolerant up until now. I will be reporting them to the BBB and the States Attorney General. Do not use this dealership for purchasing or servicing your vehicle if you want to be treated with courtesy and respect from the time of purchase to maintenance service!

"Poor experience"

My experience at Jenkins has been poor all around. Their finance department is extremely shady and went out of their way to give us a bad deal and hide relevant information that would have made a big difference in us accepting the deal. The service department is little better. They have consistently ignored our complaints and tried to punt them down the road. They constantly upsell unnecessary services. I am not a happy customer. I will never do business with Jenkins again and neither should you.

"4 visits to fix A/C, still not cooling."

In the last 10 months I have had the same issue looked at 4 times and it is still not fixed. I've been told that the problem is; it needs evac. & recharge, a rats nest in air box and a leaking hose. My A/C blows air no colder than 54 degrees, no matter what setting is made. It should be 35-45. I'm into it for $360.00 so far and too many hours warming a chair in the waiting room. As of today A/C still will not cool the car.

"Service scheduling for INconvenience"

Went online and scheduled service. Got 2 reminders to be there on time. Showed up 10 minutes early for a 9:45 appointment. Told there is a 3 hour wait and all ahead also had appointments. Does not deliver on the promise.

"Will not recommend it."

The technicians and supervisor and problably managers will work on your car under warrantee and they will disconect, unplug or damage something, so you have to come back for repairs. THAT IS LOW BOWLING. Stay away from service. You may buy it from them but go some place else to service even if they gave you free oil changes for life!

"vehicle purchase without two keys, had key programmed"

This dealership experience was the worst experience in my life, They promised me an additional key since they could not locate the second one anywhere on the lot at the time of purchase.. I came back on Saturday and first time they ordered the wrong key for my vehicle, no big deal just come back the next weekend and they promised a full tank of gas which would have been great. Well next week go back drop my car off and they will bring me car to me. I call at 4:30 to check cause I dropped my car off at 12 and had heard nothing. Chad advised me my car had been dropped off with the keys in it and that he called me and left a voice message which I never recieved. NOT at my HOUSE really does this really happen!!! I am in shock needless to say the young girl went back to home she dropped my car off not at MY ADDRESS and brings it to me and states the same address is on the other side no sweetie this is my address and google will take you to the correct address they did apologize, but then I get in my car and the tank is empty not even a tank of gas filled up as originally promised!!! Has this ever happened to anyone cause I find this completely unacceptable for any business and there is nothing that can fix this kind of experience I am beyond upset and want everyone to know! Stay Away is my word of advise!

"DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM-FRAUD"

Please do not buy a car from this dealership, they may offer a great price but they are very shady to get the sale. When comforted about issues related to the car everyone at the dealership becomes nasty and will refuse to fix the issues!!! They hire outside companies to also do work on your vehicles which are not cover my Nissan warranties. When problems arise they become belligerent and have the outside companies to call and threaten you. The price may be great but not worth it, go to another area dealership to purchase your vehicle.

"Horrible Experience with Continued Lies"

Purchased a brand new Nissan Altima June 2013. Had issues starting 1 week later. Passenger Airbag would turn off and radio would go black. Have taken my car back 6 times total- and yet to be corrected. Krista from inside sales called and represented herself as "Upper Management" at the facility. Basically just tried to get me to buy a new car. Stated she would take care of radio and seat issues. Parts dept calls me today to state they knew nothing about the radio after Krista stated it had been replaced. Another Nissan Employee clearly doing an excellent job of misrepresentation. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
