My husband and I traveled nearly 4 hours from another state to purchase a 2022 limited edition Chevy Spark LT. We also brought our own financing (told them about it ahead of time and they had no issues with it). We did this because of a terrible experience last week with a local dealer who destroyed our trust. The only downside of our experience at Jenkins was minor - we were there the day after Christmas (a very busy day for them). We had to wait for one of the finance people to become available (no big deal to us). Despite being busy, they were accomodating, ensuring we had a place to sit and plenty of water. They even had a charger for my phone. Before leaving, they washed the car, filled the gas tank, and put air in the tires for our long ride home. Everyone we had contact with at the dealer was friendly and welcoming. We would be willing to drive all that way again to purchase from this dealership. A Very busy day after Christmas but everything went well as far as getting my oil change, oil filter, tire rotation and inspection sticker (all complimentary since I got the Hyundai Kona there new). Bought window vent shades from parts and had them installed by service department. The shades leak into car when it rains and drips inside on the door. Was informed there is nothing they can do to fi installed by service department. The shades leak into car when it rains and drips inside on the door. Was informed there is nothing they can do to fix. I find that hard to believe. I get these installed on all my cars and never had any leak before. Sad they don't stand behind the product or service. More

The salesman was great. We had the deal made on the first try. The process was excellent to this point. I set at a desk alone with no idea of what was taking so long. Then a short visit from finance. More waiting. Then a trip to finance to sell me a warranty which I declined right off. More sales talk. It was pushing 4:00 pm nearly 3 hours added to the 1 hour it took to make the deal. Only complaint is the time I sat doing nothing with no explanation as to why. More
