Overall, great service… One constructive feedback comment: Almost every time I come in for a particular service, I am contacted saying additional services are needed. I came in with a coupon for an o comment: Almost every time I come in for a particular service, I am contacted saying additional services are needed. I came in with a coupon for an oil change, and ended up paying almost $500 for additional services. That is fine, but I need a little more explanation. (For example, if new brake fluid is needed, I need information about why this is important…what problems could arise if the service is not done, etc.) More
