I’m not worried about the white material on the car I took care of that but we were supposed to be contacted for our windshield treatment we purchased within a couple of days to schedule and it’s been well over a week. I also found out yesterday I was given the wrong title. I have already been to the DMV so now I have to wait until I receive the new title and then get this taken care of. At this point I’m not very happy

Thank you for you feed back. We do apologize that your contact did not live up to your expectations. I have spoken with Justin and his manager and it turns out that it wasn't that we weren't willing to negotiate over the phone, it's just that the vehicle that you were interested in, we didn't have a lot of wiggle room for the price and Justin was asking you to come in to see the value of the vehicle in person or find a vehicle that better suited your budget. We do apologize that we couldn't come to a deal, however, if you would ever consider us again we are always here to help.
