Terrible professionalism and total lack of respect for the customer . No adherence an acceptable level of communicating the status of vehicle so that I could make arrangements for a rental .. finally just the customer . No adherence an acceptable level of communicating the status of vehicle so that I could make arrangements for a rental .. finally just went and retrieved my vehicle w/o the service being performed .. they then tried to charge me for a diagnostics that was never performed .. what a joke .. does anyone have a dress code at this dealership , or is everyone allowed to walk around in jeans and shirts half unbuttoned w/ gangster chains hanging out ? What a Hoosier operation . If this is condoned by GM Corp or by Jim Butler this lifelong GM product owner is switching brands . What recourse do we have when we are subjected to some level of bully tactics . Is it common fir dealer male employees to wear hoodies and gangster chains hanging out and sunglasses in doors w/ hoodie sleeves half pulled up to show tattoos? All the while stare down the customer ? What an odd and unprofessional experience . GM Corp should be investigating this location at Gravious Bluffs and pull their dealer license. They hold your car for 2-1/2 days w/o communicating status .. multiple calls go unreturned .. phone operators try to deflect your calls… then they lye about what you were told at time if drop off .. then they lye about any diagnostics performed —( I guess more scared & passive people just pay it ) and finally yiu catch them and co-workers contradicting each other they have some degenerate gangster looking dude stare you down . Really GM ? Is this how you treat the consumer . 3 other customers that day were commenting similarly . When do we get made whole for the 3 days I was w/o my truck - which I make a living with contracting ? The time spent calling Jim Butler ? Time spent Dropping vehicle off ..etc.. guess no big deal to Jim Butler or GM … until we all buy other brand More

My car is a 2020 Malibu and had to have two fuel injectors replace with under 20,000 miles on my car. My car continue to have the same problem so I brought it back.
