Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but our high volume of customers unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and have cut back on scheduled appointments to attempt to rectify this problem. We hope your future visits with us are faster and more pleasant.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We schedule in this way because many problems that customers experience with their vehicles can be corrected quickly with small repairs (or routine maintenance) by a technician. Technicians typically have a much shorter wait time on their tickets, since they have shorter time jobs. If the problem is not able to be fixed by a technician, it is escalated to a Journeyman (who handles bigger, often more technical jobs), in which case there can be a wait to be seen. This may have been the case with your vehicle repairs.
