Horrible experience I purchased a car at the TCC show this month from Kim and Tyler was my finance person. When I brought the car home that day I noticed several issues. I purchased a car at the TCC show this month from Kim and Tyler was my finance person. When I brought the car home that day I noticed several issues. When I told Kim and Tyler about all the issues I was assured all the issues would be corrected. When I arrived at the service department the next day I was given the run around twice! They kept my car for a week and Christine in the service department kept telling me all the issues would be addressed but she was having to go back and forth with the sales department. I was rarely updated throughout that week. I was continually told they were waiting on parts. Now here I am at the one week mark and I am told by Christine that she only fixed the one issue! Do NOT buy a car from these people. They will lie, hide and out right refuse to help in the end and worst of all they will completely ignore you. Worst experience ever! I will never recommend this dealership or company again! More

But everyone from the dealer to finance and everyone in between, tried to sell me on more and more. I did end up buying the extended warranty, the "highest possible coverage" for the vehicle. Yet, still.... less than 2 months later, the car is in the shop needing multiple repairs that aren't covered. They sold me a lemon and lies. Unhappy to say the least! More

I have had ok shopping experiences at Jim Click Huyndai in the past, and have left with a vehicle but not completely satisfied. This time however, Julian made sure I got the vehicle I wanted with all of the features I wanted, and he went to another dealership to personally bring the car to Jim Click Hyundai! Julian, his boss and the finance person worked with me so that I can now drive my beautiful Tucson. They made my car buying experience pleasant, not stressful. More

He mentioned that he'd really listened to his needs and put no pressure on him at all when purchasing his vehicle. I've had Toyota's for decades and didn't know squat about Hyundai's. After test driving some with Greg and my brother, I went home and researched the Ioniq. Greg was very good at explaining and also said to call him with any questions or stop in to see him.
