It was awful. And the service advisor did absolutely nothing to address my concerns. Everything I put my car in the shop for was not even addressed. The car was no And the service advisor did absolutely nothing to address my concerns. Everything I put my car in the shop for was not even addressed. The car was not driven. It still has the same issues that I did when I put it in the shop. And I was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Nothing is wrong with the vehicle because the vehicle was not driven. Once the car is driven, you can tell that the transmission is jumping and the fan is rattling so bad it's a nuisance. It has been nothing but a headache dealing with this Dealership and I will never visit again. More

Javon was very attentive and helpful. My only complaint is the time it took for my car to be diagnosed, but Javon's positive attitude and friendly service made a bad situation bearable.
