I had a several elements of my process that needed to be met, and I also lived far away from the dealership. Nicole began the process over the phone and we were able to work out 90% of the details of the deal, and we were able to get the ball rolling so that when I came in, everything was in order and we were able to complete the deal with no hiccups or surprises. Thank you, Nicole, for the effort to get me the car and payment I needed! I don't see our finance person listed below, but he was also terrific. He did everything he could to save me money and to feel good about the transaction. Kudos! More
