This dealership’s customer service is not good. I was not greeted by my service adviser when I came in. I received no updates about my car at any time during my wait. I had to probe and probe to get any info greeted by my service adviser when I came in. I received no updates about my car at any time during my wait. I had to probe and probe to get any information. No one would say anything. They “washed” my car. It looked worse than before. They shouldn’t have touched it; I hope I can find another company to do my service. This company is awful More

My approach involves a great deal of research (web search, go see, research, test drive, etc.) The team at Jim Ellis, especially Mike Fresquez, was respectful of my time and approach. Mike really knew the vehicle well (CX-9 Grand Touring) and was able to answer my questions and provide insights regarding my specific "hot buttons." The purchase process was painless and Miguel Rosario walked me through the paperwork with no pressure to "upsell" anything (much appreciated!) This is our second experience with Jim Ellis Mazda and the second was as good as the first. I suspect this is an industry with high employee turnover but all of the folks I dealt with had been with the dealer for years - that consistency says a great deal about how employees are valued. That translates to customers as well. More
I drive an hour to get to Jim Ellis to have my car serviced because I expect Mazda people to care for my car properly even though I am sure I could get my car serviced closer to home and at a lower co serviced because I expect Mazda people to care for my car properly even though I am sure I could get my car serviced closer to home and at a lower cost. Each time service has been very good, excellent waiting area with tv,wifi and drinks.
