My great experience has ended with the service department. I’ve left multiple calls with the Service Manager, and no call returned. I waited 1 1/2 hours on the Service Manage to return to the dealership that day, and never returned. The story kept changing as to where he was and when he would return. They were supposed to do the Jim Ellis Preferred Maintenance package and billed me $235.17. I got home with my car to discover they did not rotate tires. The reason I know this is because I had scratch the wheels and touched up on one side. I returned to the dealership that day after having no calls returned and my tech checked tires with his hand and said they didn’t need rotating. He was supposed to reimburse me for a wheel alignment and rotation with a check, which should take 2-3 weeks. It’s a month now, and no check. Left another message yesterday with no call returned. All credibility is gone. How do I know any maintenance was done on my car? This is my first Mazda, and last, not due to the car, but the lack of service after. Very dissatisfied.
