I purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. Drove it for 49 days and the transmission went out. They were unable to do the repair so they sent it to another shop. After 22 days they pulled my loaner vehicle. T days and the transmission went out. They were unable to do the repair so they sent it to another shop. After 22 days they pulled my loaner vehicle. The other shop never ordered the parts for the repair. And nobody at Route 66 bothered to check. Phillip told me that if I wanted another loaner vehicle I would have to call the shop where it was at. I am very sorry that I've ever went to this dealership. Hal in finance does not return calls. I cant even get my tire warentee and gap coverage paperwork. I bought this car to drive for Lyft so I'm basically out of work for 5 weeks. I had to send my vehicle to a third shop to get it repaired. That repair took 7 days. More
