I went to Jim Wynn VW to buy my first new car. I worked with Andy and had an extremely positive experience. While I was not initially sure that I wanted to buy a Jetta, Andy took me on a test drive and exp with Andy and had an extremely positive experience. While I was not initially sure that I wanted to buy a Jetta, Andy took me on a test drive and explained all of the great features of the car. He was very understanding of my desire to make an educated purchase and he was patient while I took the time to make my decision. In the end, I chose to buy the Jetta because, not only did I love the car, but I had such a wonderful experience with Andy and all of the Jim Wynn VW staff. I have been purchasing and leasing vehicles from Jim Wynn Volkswagen for years. My sales person has been Simo Chaoui over the years. In September my lease was up on my Jetta and I was thinking about getting into another Jetta. Simo showed me several Jettas and Simo suggested that I take the new CC model for a test drive. To me the CC looked like a Lexus and I thought I couldn't afford it. After I drove the CC I was in love with it. I am so happy that Simo suggested that I take the CC out for a drive. Otherwise, if he didn't, I would never have considered it as a option. To me, that is a great businessman. I get stopped by people all the time asking me what VW model I'm driving. So many Lexus, BMW and Mercedes drivers ask me. The CC is such a luxury vehicle. I honestly recommend the Jim Wynn Dealership and suggest you asking for Simo Chaoui if you are in the market for a vehicle. You will never feel pressured, stressed out or intimidated at Jim Wynn as you may at other dealerships. Their Service Department is the best, the appointments are right on time, and even if you want to wait for your vehicle, the waiting room is comfortable... I had just totaled my 2006 Volkswagon Beetle and was very upset. I wanted another Bug but was very unsure of myself. I had had all of my service done at Jim Wynn for my previous Bug and had always found the upset. I wanted another Bug but was very unsure of myself. While everyone and their brother were telling NOT to get another Bug, Jim Wynn was the first dealership I went to after the insurance company told me they were paying me $11,000 for my totaled car. I met Bob Pasquarrello on Saturday morning and he helped me feel immediately at ease. I knew, almost immediately, that I was going to buy from him. We walked around the lot for a bit, and, sure enough, I found my new Bug! The ease of purchase, the deal I received and the fun of the Final Edition, convertible Bug that I bought was awesome! Bob, and the rest of the Jim Wynn staff made me feel respected as a customer and part of the Jim Wynn "family". I know I will return for service with my Bug for as long as I own it, and I plan on owning this one, hopefully, for a very long time.
