I have been coming here 3 years with my 2018 RAM 2500 diesel and service is excellent since Bubba came on as manager. The staff (2 lovely ladies), and mechanics are professional, knowledgeable, and frien diesel and service is excellent since Bubba came on as manager. The staff (2 lovely ladies), and mechanics are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. One fixed my key fob on the spot in about 4 minutes no charge!! The waiting area is huge, comfortable, and spotless. After you have made an appointment you will get a reminder that explains everything they will do AND the total expected cost. I got a front end alignment and was there less than 2 hrs. I even met a customer with the gas version of my 2500, and learned a lot from him!! Sometimes waiting is a good thing ( : More

Because it took 2 hours when there was on one vehicle ahead of me. I can get my van serviced in Vidalia for a 30 minute wait with a couple of vehicles ahead of me and a little longer for the tires to rot ahead of me. I can get my van serviced in Vidalia for a 30 minute wait with a couple of vehicles ahead of me and a little longer for the tires to rotated not a 2 hours. I schedule my appointment online and it still took as long as it did when I didn't make appointment. More
