We hadn’t even had they car a full week and they refused to help us. They sold us a vehicle that supposedly had no issues that is now going to cost us 1000’s. never dealing with them again!! More

Had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks to bring the truck in for them to look at it but Robert, the manager, called and canceled my appointment the day before saying they were too busy to look at it because I also asked them if they'd flush my coolant and look at the check engine light while it was in. Couldn't even get them to take responsibility and fix the plug, even after having bought their extended warranty they still gave me the run around and referred me to DLS tire. What a joke. Was never rude or argued with them about any of it. Friendly staff for the most part, but the manager is a worm. Nice trucks, but buy somewhere else. More

BAD BRAKES JUST INSPECTED CAME DOWN TO THIER DEALERSHIP TO BUY A TRUCK AND WENT FOR A TEST DRIVE THINGS SEEMED OK THEY GAVE ME AN INSPECTION WHICH I DIDNT NEED BECAUSE OF THE T CAME DOWN TO THIER DEALERSHIP TO BUY A TRUCK AND WENT FOR A TEST DRIVE THINGS SEEMED OK THEY GAVE ME AN INSPECTION WHICH I DIDNT NEED BECAUSE OF THE TRUCK BEING LESS THAN 5 YEARS OLD I WENT HOME AND PARKED TRUCK FOR A WEEK THEN GOT THINGS DONE TO IT I WANTED HOOKED IT UP TO MY TRAILER AND TOOK OFF AND THE BRAKES WERE GRINDING UGH BAD !!! TOOK IT TO THE GARAGE AND THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED BRAKES THAT THEY WERE COMPLETLY GONE ROTORS WERE TOTALLY GROUND UP AND NO PADS ON THE BACK !! ALMOST CAUSED ME TO RUN INTO ANOTHER CAR BECAUSE I COULDNT GET STOPPED !! AFTER 421.00 LATER I CALLED JKB AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND COULD I GET REMBURSED FOR THE BRAKES AS I ONLY DROVE THE TRUCK 140 MILES AND THEY SAID NO B U D , WOW AND THEY HAVE HAD THE TRUCK INSPECTED !! IM SURE WHEN THE STATE CHECKS OUT WHO INSPECTED THIS TRUCK THEY WILL BE AFTER THERE MVI LICENSE ANY WAY I WOULDNT BUY ANOTHER AUTO FROM THEM AND EVERYONE I TALK TO I WILL LET THEM KNOW WHAT A SHADY PLACE THIS IS More
