We purchases a 2021 Chevy 2500 truck from Joe Cooper in Dec. 2023. We purchased a used car from Joe Cooper because they claimed to have a mechanical inspection and offer a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. We st Dec. 2023. We purchased a used car from Joe Cooper because they claimed to have a mechanical inspection and offer a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. We started having front end issues within the first month. We took the truck into our local mechanic hoping it was an easy alignment or tire balance issue. Unfortunately, we were told that we needed $3k-$4k worth of repairs. The tie rods, ball joints, control arms etc. I contacted our salesman Jay, who was great to work with, but he referred us to management. I have continually called (20+ calls) for 6 week trying to get answers but I haven't even received a call back or update on the situation. Most of the auto replies people receive for leaving a negative review say to contact the General Manager Blake Featherstone. I have never been able to reach him. Most of the dealership voicemail boxes are full or have not even been setup. This process has been drug out for 6 weeks now. I use my truck for work and have not been able to drive it because the mechanic suggested that it wasn't safe. So we are now getting close to their 3 month warranty window and have only put 2700 miles on the truck. Another separate issue we had was trying to get the title to the vehicle released and mailed to us so we could register the vehicle. It took several phone calls and almost 60 day to receive our title in the mail. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. More

Let me tell the whole story. We were in a wreck feb 23 and ours was totaled. Wasn’t our fault. We bought a 2018 Ford Expedition Max (Also trades In my husband’s pick up and put $5,000 down. So a total of 11,500) We didn’t even have it 2 months or drive it 5,000 miles and the cam phasers went out. Had our car a total of 3 weeks. When we got it back it still wasn’t fixed so we took it back a week later. They changed a sensor (also did an oil change that it didn’t need since they just did that with the cam phasers). Got it back and it still wasn’t fixed. So we went to the dealership and talked to them and they put us in a rental and said they would fix it and we would not be responsible. They had it 3 weeks again and we got 2 different stories as to what was done to it. Got it back it was still not fixed but our gas mileage went down to 12mpg and 16mpg on highway. Took it back to talk to the GM Blake and we were just tired of it at this time to see about trading. They tried to screw us on the amount of trade in (knowing this car hasn’t been fixed) and put us in a high priced vehicle and double our payments. We have drove it 2 months out of the 5 we have had it. So we decide fine then fix it. We have got nothing but the run around and that they don’t know who’s responsibility it will be. So a total of $16,000 down the drain. That’s not including the payments that was made on it each month. Stay far away from this place. They sure did a number on us. Haven’t even drove it 10,000 miles. This is a shame. How do y'all sleep at night? My family has always did our vehicle buying through them for years. We learned our lesson. 5 vehicles in the last 2 years combined. Oh and carfax show work that it wasn’t even in their for. When the can phasers were changed it shows brakes. I doubt the work was ever done and they are just taking your money. Be aware More
We live 2 hours away and worked a deal most of the day. All day I told the salesman I wanted the doc fee included on the online price, he kept assuring me it wouldn’t be a problem. The salesman called that All day I told the salesman I wanted the doc fee included on the online price, he kept assuring me it wouldn’t be a problem. The salesman called that evening and told me my payments (with the doc fee included into the online price like I wanted). I told him I would load up to head that way. Turned out to not be true. Very misleading dealership. More

This would be a no star if it was possible! ! Took in my vehicle for a diagnosis was told it was the water pump it would cost $3100 because they would need to pull the engine to get to it. Agre ! Took in my vehicle for a diagnosis was told it was the water pump it would cost $3100 because they would need to pull the engine to get to it. Agreed to the fix, received a message a week and a half later that it needed to have the engine replaced at it would cost over $10,000. During this entire over 2 week time period the service reps that I spoke to were absolutely rude and talked down to me the entire time. They charged over $600 to "reassemble and for part"?? go figure!! stay away from these rude unprofessional group of "service" people. they will rip you off!!! More
I tried to buy a used Lexus from Nathanial Grayson at the Edmond store. On Monday 4/25, I signed and returned a purchase agreement. On follow up Wednesday 4/27, I was told the vehicle was taken out for a Edmond store. On Monday 4/25, I signed and returned a purchase agreement. On follow up Wednesday 4/27, I was told the vehicle was taken out for a test drive the previous Saturday 4/23. "The engine started making a noise, a bad engine, so we red flagged it sent to auction". The vehicle they describe as having engine problems is a 2015 Lexus570 with 35,000 miles on it. I seriously doubt there were engine problems. I feel like Nathanial was not truthful. Several flags are up for me on this; first, the purchase agreement was sent to me on Monday afternoon after the alleged engine issue and the vehicle being "red flagged and sent to auction"; I had no correspondence from finance or Nathaniel until I contacted the dealership on Wednesday. If the vehicle was not available Monday, why was I sent a purchase agreement? Why would Joe Cooper Ford "red flag" a vehicle with their name on the title, and rush it to auction? The whole experience stinks. I contacted Ford Motor Company directly to file a complaint as well. More
I brought an engine from joe copper ford Edmond at November 2021. The engine cost almost 7000 dollars. After joe copper fixed it, it was less than a month after fixing my car the engine blew up on me November 2021. The engine cost almost 7000 dollars. After joe copper fixed it, it was less than a month after fixing my car the engine blew up on me again. I was on the way home. I took it to McKay ford at woodword ok. They want to charge me another 7000 dollars. I called joe copper at Edmond to tell them about it. They towed the car from Woodward ok back to Edmond Oklahoma. It took them two months and some days to fix another engine. They keep telling me that another thing is needed. From one story to another I’m so tired of these. I’m still at joe copper ford Edmond now waiting to get my car for 3 hours and I’m still waiting forever. I was told to wait for another two days to get my car fixed. I won’t recommend any service with this company( joe copper ford at Edmond Oklahoma). The advisory employees are very rude.I won’t recommend anyone fix their car in here. I was told the car was test drive after fixing a new engine while was fix by JOE COPPER FORD EDMOND OKLAHOMA while blew up. But the mileage on the car still remains the same. I had 95988 miles before the car was towed. On the report I was given on February 8 2022 the mileage was still the same after lying to me that my car was taken for a test drive which I have proof.
