Buyer beware. Went into this location at 1pm today to test drive a vehicle. It is now 640pm and I am just getting home. The vehicle had 6 codes going off after being restarted(had to get gas) and the car wouldn't restart. This has to be the absolute worst experience I have had buying a car. The sales person was the only one to say anything to me. They just wasted 5 and 1/2 hours of my day. Make sure to have a mechanic go over the car before buying from here. I don't write bad reviews... This experience was ridiculous and they acted like I was the burden. Unreal!!! Good luck to the sales team here, I can tell y'all are good people... But shame on Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet, what an embarrassment. More
I went in for an appointment to purchase 2006 Corvette on a Saturday, and by the time my trade in was appraised, the credit unions that would give me a loan were closed. I was told by the sales associate LaV a Saturday, and by the time my trade in was appraised, the credit unions that would give me a loan were closed. I was told by the sales associate LaVonda that she would have the deal ready for me first thing Monday morning. Not ideal as I planned on leaving in the car that day. Monday morning rolls around and I'm informed that the car I was in the process of buying is now being sold to someone who put a deposit on the vehicle before the dealership even opened that Monday morning. All the used car manager could tell me is that LaVonda should have asked me to put a deposit down. Why would I put a deposit down if I'm in the process of purchasing the vehicle? Stay away from this place! More
The vehicle is a $1,000 over the top 3% of used ones. It has massive body, paint, fit, and finish problems. The car is almost 8,000 miles over the Kelly Blue Book high mileage penalty. A couple of the salespersons said the car only had one accident, front bumper damage. As a non trained mechanic, seeing a horrible paint job, peeling paint, and wrong color matched paint. The car is really worth closer to $11,000. I talked to the manager, and he xx his way, saying it is not for me. But Weill sell soon. He berated Kelly Blue Book, and said the car is priced on the local market value. I told him you can not price a vehicle on brand, model, and mileage alone. Condition and quality matter and can vary greatly. He stood firm at charging above the top 3% of used Cruises! More

I was looking to purchase a vehicle when I arrived, I walked around the showroom, then outside to view your lot, then the showroom again and I almost left because no one greeted me inside, and no one came outside to see if I needed any help. I was walking back to my car to go visit another lot then Del Hogan intercepted me and asked if needed anything. He was already busy helping another person and there were 2 available salespersons sitting in the showroom who said nothing. So when he stopped me I immediately said he would get my business. I was between the Yukon/Tahoe or Silverado/Sierra. Thanks to people like Del, you got the sale, he was busy, but not busy enough to greet and assist, I came back to purchase because of Del, the customer experience is the most important part about purchasing your vehicle. I left 2 other dealerships who ignored me inside and outside of there facilities even though they both had vehicles I WANTED to purchase. You should give Del a raise and a bonus for his customer service and support, he was great, straight forward and humble. Big thanks to Michelle Cafeo as well, she was great sharing and explaining the options available during the financial and add-on services portion of the buying process. I appreciate you two!!! More
