I didn’t realize how bad my tires really were ,until a wonderful gentleman showed me the tread and directed me to the service department and took care of everything for me. I am now astonished how well my car drives with my new tires. Thank you John Hirsch Cambridge motors.

I recently bought a SUV from this dealership. All prior service had been done by the dealership. When I went to do my own oil change I discovered that they had put the drain plug on so tight that I actually had to take it into my mechanic just to get the thing off. With specialty tools and penetrating oil it took him 20 minutes to get the drain plug off and he almost gave up and I would have needed a new oil pan. Also I noticed that it was acting really weak accelerating at high speeds and too it back within the warranty period. I sat there for 3 hours with my SUV in the bay being looked at. The guy came in and said that all he did was check fluid levels and scan for codes. It doesn't take 3 hours to do that. After leaving that day I noticed that my acceleration was much improved. That tells me that obviously someone at the dealership screwed up in the past and they fixed it but didn't want to admit anything was wrong. They were nice people but nice isn't going to keep my vehicle on the road. A mechanic who knows what the heck he's doing will and I would never trust a vehicle to their service department.

in and out in 45 min. or less with complimentary car wash. Been doing business with them for over 30 years. Always been treated great.

The people I dealt with were very courteous. The service was handled in a timely manner. They explained what was done. The car was clean when they turned it over to me. The cost was reasonable.

We have bought several vehicle's from this dealership. Every experience whether it be sales or service we have been treated with upmost respect and professionalism.

Had an oil appointment took them 23 minutes to complete it and even gave me a complementary car wash. It felt like I had a NASCAR pit crew working on my vehicle. was ok took a bit to long for a oil change only reason i took it there was i had a free oil change. other then that i wouldn't have took it there because they'er prices are very pricey they also lied to me about my car only using full synthetic

Called for oil change appointment at 10:30. I arrived at dealership at 10:25 and was back on the road at 11:15. They were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

Bought in to check if engine was running properly. Technician ran a scan and listened to my concerns. I left feeling the car is safe. No charge for peace of mind.
