Service department is suspect. They recommend (up sell) services that are not needed and in my most recent experience didn’t even perform the basic service we went in for. However, they charged us for the oil and filter change which was more likely a sticker on the window and didn’t even reset the maintenance interval reminder. Why do I suspect this? Three weeks after the service / maintenance, the oil is low, clearly old / dirty oil that should still be relatively gold in color for the amount of use. Service guys were probably upset that we turned down the up selling and in turn did nothing more than add a sticker on the window. More

you are going to buy a used car from this swee DONT . Is broke . This car has had one problem after another. and there is nothing we can do . I will contact my local news because They know more tham they told us . Liar and very deceptive. They said they would look at it not pay for it but I would have to have it towed again don't reccomend More

Buying my fourth car from Kennedy was even better than the first three. In a span of about 36 hours John had located my car from a different Kennedy site, brought it to us to look at, drive and eventuall the first three. The staff at Kennedy Ford Pottstown was fantastic. Gene was with me every step of the way and found the exact car I was looking for at a great price.
