No luck at All. So we ended up at John L Smith's based on their reputation, which is excellent by the way. Unfortunately they said no as well. BUT, Matt, our salesperson said it sounds like Mom will be passing on her car and buying one herself. Since I was in the market for a car soon anyway, I purchased a Passion Red Volvo ! Matt was fantastic!! Personable and a very good listener. I'm happy with my car. My son always liked my car anyway, so he's happy as well!!! Smiles all around!! More

great place we were in the market for a first car for our daughter and after looking and looking we came across John Smith in west chester, the first thing i did we were in the market for a first car for our daughter and after looking and looking we came across John Smith in west chester, the first thing i did was read the reviews and rescherch the dealer. After reading the reviews we headed to west chester to look at a car, of course my daughter didn't like the car we went there to look @, but Matt showed us another car in our price range and she feel in love.... I wasn't prepared to buy a car that night(by the way they stayed there after closing to help us) so we left on without the car with an old fashion hand shake and them taken my word that I was coming back for the car, yes no money out of my pocket..... man to man taken my word. Needless to say it took longer than expected for the approval and we were leaving for vacation the next day. Matt held the car until we got back from vacation just like he said he would, I came through with the check just like I said I would and we bought our first car from John Smith of west chester. They even took care of the tags for one year for us. This was the easiest place I have bought a car from in a long time, if your looking for a car to truck or anything else with wheels don't buy until you check out John Smith. I felt completely comfortable with all of the John's there, since my father is a John as well. The whole experience went very smoothly, even with this being my first vehicle. Had noticed a small ding on the door when I first test drove the car, and a few days later when I came back to run the numbers, it was touched up already. I'm a salesman as well, and I certainly didn't feel pressured at any moment, even was able to take a test drive by myself, and didn't have anyone breathing down my neck.
