I purchased a vehicle from John L. Smith a few months ago and immediately started having issues with the vehicle. After much frustration and feeling as though this dealership was the same as all of the other ones who toss you to the ground after you purchase your "it's a done deal", I posted a lengthy complaint on this review page. They could have just ignored it and chalked it up to one unhappy customer to their apparent mountain of happy customers, but instead they definitely took a huge step to try to fix EVERY unhappy customer that they have. They took my complaints and worked with me to find the best solution possible for me. I didn't felt like I was being taken advantage of or lied to. I was so extremely upset and angry that I, myself probably wouldn't even want to give my own self the time of day. They took my frustration and helped me so much. I am now happier than ever in my Nissan Rogue! I definitely felt and still feel the warmth and helpfulness that they have to offer here. I am embarrassed by my actions because of how easily they solved my problem. I have since recommended this dealership to 3 of my coworkers at my hospital!
