Made A New Friend I showed up at the dealership with my 3 year old son on a rainy day looking for a truck. Steve was there ready do business. Before we even entered i I showed up at the dealership with my 3 year old son on a rainy day looking for a truck. Steve was there ready do business. Before we even entered into talks about the vehicle, we spent at least a half hour talking about life, common interests, and life experiences. If you've been around and purchased vehicles in the past, you can get a feel when someone is trying to butter you up to enhance their chances of selling you a vehicle. This was not the case with Steve. It appeared he was more content with making a new friend and the vehicle sale was a bonus whereas most cases it's the other way around. Steve was and still is resourceful and very responsive when it came down to business. He was a sturdy bridge to the owner John who ultimately gave the bottom line price.
