If you are wanting a parts and service dept to go above and beyond then look no further. My husband and I have dealt with many service and parts depts in our life. Bill Upton, Candice Ramos , and Brenda Lacy at Johnson Lexus of Durham have proven to be a cut above. They have done more than just what is required. An all around pleasant experience!

Went in for 20k service, went just as you would expect from a Lexus dealer. Shuttle took us to the local mall and returned when our car was ready. Just as expected!

The service advisor was very polite, nice and helpful. I was charged for service prior to asking for my permission to complete additional work. It had to be done but just the fact that I was told prior to completing the work was the only reason why I gave 4 stars I’m a bit bothered by it.

"Service and Brakes "

I have no way to rate the quality of the service or the brakes, this review will focus on the communication between Lexus and me. The phone system doesn’t work; no messages were received throughout the process. This resulted in a lot of frustration and miscommunication, ie, the service could have been completed by COB Saturday but “the service representatives could not make contact. My own calls to Lexus resulted in connection to a “full” voicemail. The total cost of the service and brakes was unclear and misleading and not consistent with the estimate written on the yellow car loaner form. We have been a customer for many years and this is not the type of service we expect or tolerate from Lexus.

I dropped my car off early on Friday, January 6 due to the anticipated ice and snow later that day, My clean and recently waxed car was in the garage before the time of my scheduled appointment and is still in my garage. There was some type of scratch on my bumper that they buffed about as well free of charge.

Johnson Lexus of Durham has been servicing my Lexus vehicles for numerous years. I cannot say enough good things about this service center. Whenever I think I couldn't get any better than the last service I had, the next experience is even better than the last one. I continue to lease my vehicles from Johnson Lexus and have every service performed by them, because the service I receive is always outstanding, professional, and first class. My services are always routine maintenance because the cars are so reliable. Yesterday I had a 35,000 mile maintenance done o my CT200H, a State inspection, and I bought 4 new Michelin tires. I wouldn't trust any other dealership to handle my cars. They are the best.
