I had first thought I had a good experience here but after trading in the car I purchased from Jones I had questions about canceling the GAP insurance I purchased for a refund. Since the Jones website after trading in the car I purchased from Jones I had questions about canceling the GAP insurance I purchased for a refund. Since the Jones website doesn't list anyone's email address I reached out directly to my sales person who gave me a point of contact and after contacting that person via email 3 times I reached back out to my sales person and asked for another person as I wasn't getting a reply. At this point my sales person turned and stated how much money they lost on my trade and guess what we purchased a second car from them the day after and pointed out how much money they lost on that trade as well which has nothing to do with my gap cancel. I responded with you offered what you offered for the trade and this has nothing to do with my gap cancel almost made me feel like how dare I ask for a refund for the gap because they didn't make as much money as they wanted on my trades. We purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and a brand new Nissan Finder both together totaled over 100k but he wants to point out my trades 6 months after the sale and use that against me when trying to cancel a product purchased. I first had good things to say about Josh in sales but after this I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. More

On July 20th, I inquired online to test drive a Ram 1500 and 5 minutes later I got a call from Dan and he set me up with Greg Swick. I got off late from work and Dan and Greg were so accommodating. We arri and 5 minutes later I got a call from Dan and he set me up with Greg Swick. I got off late from work and Dan and Greg were so accommodating. We arrived at the dealership at 8pm and they had the truck ready for us, washed and ready for viewing. Greg answered all the questions we had about the truck. They gave us a good amount on our trade-in and no haggle on the price of the truck. Greg even took the time to preset the new radio to my previous presets. Chris in Financing is great to work with. He was straight forward and very helpful. 10/10 recommend this dealership. More

My wife came in to see a highly recommended service rep Gary Millard, big mistake. JL was brought in because the emergency brake stopped working. After they fixed it Gary said we did it anyways but shouldn’t have because it’s not under warranty. JL is not even 2 years old with less than 35k miles. How often does the emergency brake lever become loose and stopped working? Wear and tear hmm 🤔 Fast forward, wife inspected the Jeep upon checking out and wow looks like a kid ransack the middle console. Like scratches and gouges! So my wife brought this to Gary’s attention. He quickly said he will bring his interior trim guy. They brought the Jeep back in the shop then 30 minutes later my wife inspected the interior and looks like the interior guy just filled the middle console smh. Once again this was brought up to Gary and he replied, “It will never be perfect” and he said something about we always complain and find something to complain about. Laughable. We have only serviced our JL for free oil changes and tire rotations at Jones. I came a few days later to talk to Gary but apparently he wasn’t in that day. Absolute disgust to threat people like this. I’m sure if it was a man as a customer, Gary wouldn’t be talking to my wife that way. Manager, feel free to message me so we can talk. More

Hard Working people trying to do what they can, Looking for a Tradesman in NJ I had no luck. I was in a trade that was impossible to trade except for when I spoke with Carl Granville there. They worked with me for close to 1 month , keeping me in mind for something that can be done. After 1 visit to the dealership meeting Kim the Finance person and working with the management team they made it happen. I got a kool truck with no hassles or games. Terrible service Recently took my Rubicon in to have both Universal Joints replaced. Immediately after both front axle seals were leaking. My friend is a mechanic for Recently took my Rubicon in to have both Universal Joints replaced. Immediately after both front axle seals were leaking. My friend is a mechanic for Adams Jeep looked at it and said that the shafts were not aligned when they were put back in. I called and emailed Jones, dropped the vehicle off and they told me that there mechanic saw residual oil from the seal when they did the U-Joints but failed to tell me. Had I been notified when they had the axles out for the U-Joint replacement I would have replaced them, but that wasn't the case. In addition they told me that the shafts can not be misaligned which is not true, there is a guide when installing the shafts. They wanted to give me a "discounted" rate of $700 + dollars now to replace both axle seals. NO THANK YOU, I will NEVER be back there nor will I recommend their business. More
