Emailed about a truck, salesman didn't read the email sent info on a Yukon instead of the Sierra truck. Setup appointment to purchase only to drive there and find out 2 1/2 hrs. prior to appointment they sent info on a Yukon instead of the Sierra truck. Setup appointment to purchase only to drive there and find out 2 1/2 hrs. prior to appointment they had a contract on the truck. No courtesy call that it was sold till after showing up. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. As an old employee of a gm dealer, we never did business like this. Very poor customer service. And find out there was no contract on this at the time we arrived. Pathetic business practice. More

Stay far away!!!! My husband purchased a used 2019 car from them and picked it up yesterday. He drove home and the touch pad was not working. He drove up there today and wanted to return it. If the touch pad isn't working, who knows what else could be wrong with it. They would not let him return it. You would think they would want to make things right and not let him keep a car that may have more issues however, they are more worried about the sale, not the customer. More

My salesman, Roy Day, answered all questions well and made the whole buying process run smoothly. The only exception was upon pickup of the vehicle when I found the gas gage on empty. Roy quickly fixed that problem and off I went with a like new LaCrosse. This was easily the smoothest buy I have ever made. Thank you Roy. More
