"Shady Dealership!!!! Not affiliated with LHMiller!!"

- Sucks

This Shady dealership sold us a car with a powertrain warranty. In the warranty they stated everything was covered like the engine, Transmissions, etc. Major parts. When the cylinder blew on a car that was never serviced not even when it was traded the warranty company wanted the entire engine torn apart to see why the cylinder was bad??? If it wasn't the part they expected the customer to pay for the tear down of 3,800.00 Wow!!!! The car was driven 8000 miles in a year and a half. Sold a bogus car and when talking to the Manager Bruno, Rude, non chalant, un professional, hung up on the customer, Unbelieveable!!! No help at all. Went to LHM Chevy...No affiliation to Karl Malone and took good care of us. Put us in a brand new car with a full warranty that they stand by and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you LHMiller.

"Not Trustworthy!"

- Disgruntled Customer

If there were 0 starts I'd select that! I was a committed Mitsubishi customer until I dealt with this shady dealership. I bought my Outlander SE on April 25, 2018. My contract included a $1,000 check from the dealership to help with payments. As of June 6, 2018, I still do not have the check. My repeated efforts to get it from the dealership result in multiple phone transfers, promises to call me back, and THREAT, yes threat by manager Neli. When I said I want to pick up my check today and am tired of the run around, he told me "I don't respond well to ultimatums" and that he's now going to do the minimum to help me because I gave an ultimatum. If Karl Malone was honest and did their job, I wouldn't be to the point of demanding this check! How dare the sales person threaten me with less help...as if they've been any help at all...simply for asking them to keep their word. In addition to this fiasco, the salesman, Michael DeJournette, I dealt with was either a liar or incompetent. I had an Outlander GT and when shown an SE by Michael, he said the only difference was fabric instead of leather seats and the regular speaker system vs. the Rockford speaker system. I should have checked things out more thoroughly, but was having a busy work day. Turns out he was completely wrong. The SE does not have a v6 engine (it's a v4) does not have a trailer hitch, does not have sun roof, does not have adaptive cruise control, does not have paddle shifters, etc. I was completely misled. I signed all the paperwork saying there was a couple miles on the car. After I drove away, discovered there was over 600 MILES on the car. They blamed Michael who had left for a meeting by this time and gave me 3 more oil changes in compensation for the discrepancy. I really like Mitsubishi products, but I'll never buy a from these guys again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

"Never Buy here its not worth the headache"

- JordanM

**MUST READ** Never ever buy a car here, trust me you will regret it as I have. If they are ok selling me the car they did at my young age and basically making the next 5 years awful and unaffordable, you should be worried about buying here. They are super shady they sell cars without telling you about issues with the car that they are fully aware of, (I said there was an issue with engine running funny and electricity going out and dimming they said it was normal). The issues they agree to fix they never actually get fixed or say they fixed it but it never was but then when you take it back to actually get fixed they say "oh we don't have any record of us fixing that or saying we needed to". You will end up paying for the repairs yourself. They are without a doubt the worst most shady dealer and service that I've ever come across.

"not happy "

- amber

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND VERY RUDE The salesman and managers at Karl Malone Mitsubishi were such a waste of time. We were very upfront about how much we wanted to spend. Sale rep didn’t seem to pay attention to this at all. None of the vehicles had prices displayed, so we trusted the salesman when he said that the first car that we test drove would work within our budget. When test driving the car, just about every light came on. They promised those would all be fixed and we should start signing the papers. We did not feel comfortable with this so we said we wanted it to be diagnosed before signing. They agreed and came back and said transmission was bad. Then they had us test drive a lot nicer of a car. They said we can make this work with the monthly payment requested. They went back to talk to manager and came back almost tripled what we had very clearly stated with monthly payments. Sells rep then found another car at another dealership and stated once again this one would absolutely work with payments. We drove to another dealership and return back to Karl Malone Mitsubishi and he went back to talk to manger and we he came back yet again it was double than what we could afford. We had wasted about 4 hours at this point so we decided to come back the next day. I found a car online at another dealership, so they said they would pick it up and we could come look at it. Test drove it and loved the car. When we went in to sign all of the papers, we found out they had added $2,000 to the price -they said it was a shop fee. This was not discussed upfront. We stated we didn’t want to sign, so the salesman Bobby came back and said they would add $2,000 more on the trade in. We agreed since this would actually lower our monthly payments. After we signed all of the paperwork and put down $2,000, they told us that they needed to send the car through the shop, and they couldn’t fit it in for 2 days. The entire time we were there they had been saying we would be taking the car home that day, and now it was 2 more days. After waiting the two days they promised, we didn’t get a call. We called them several times and they were not returning our calls. Finally, late that night they called and said that the bank would not approve the interest rate we had discussed, and the monthly payment would be about $100 more than what we agreed on. We finally said no, and asked for a refund on our down payment. The sells rep then became very rude, asking why we would want our money back. When we told him the monthly payment would be too high, he refused to tell us how to get our money back. We asked to speak with a manager - the manager said he would see what had happened with the bank and call us back. We never received a call back. We had to go to the dealership and speak with receptionist for a refund. We ended up talking with our bank to see why they wouldn’t approve a lower rate. The bank said when the dealership sent the paper work over however the car was well over market value because of the $2,000 they added on. The dealership also only sent over info for one loan applicant and there were two of us that should have been on the loan. And they didn’t tell the bank that we were paying off trade-in. Since all of the information given to them was incorrect, the bank set a higher interest rate. At the end of the day I’m glad it didn’t go through. EVERYTHING THIS DEALERSHIP SAID WAS A LIE.

"No one Cares !!!!"

- Zacsydash436

This is for the Used Car Outlet portion of the Karl Malone Group, but they do not have a page and their corporate office is in this building. The minute you sign your name on the dotted line.....you don't exist. No one will call you back. They pass you off from one department to the next. No one talks to anyone. Communication does not exist. They make promises they don't intend on keeping. Then when you try to get what you are promised they call you a liar. The employees can do no wrong. The managers don't believe the customers. They don't care how they treat their guests. They don't care if you come back for maintenance or another car or refer a friend. I tried to contact several people to get help....no one cared. Finally after writing a letter about my nightmare I got a call from the GM. He verbally attacked me and accused me of treating his staff badly. Called me a liar. Took no responsibility for anything I went through. I gave them several chances to make it right before I posted this. Do not buy a car there!!!
