Very disapointed with purchase of new tires for 2022 Venza. My new Michelin Primacy tour tires have a vibration when driving. Apearently this due to flat spots after vehicle sits for awhile. Service did not inform me of this issue before my purchase but after my purchase I ask about this issue and they quickly acknowledge the flat spot issues and their was nothing that can be done to address this. Have lost confidence in their service after this over $1200 on sale purchase. More

Jacob Contreras worked out all our deal details ahead of time and upon arrival it was exactly as anticipated. The dealership has a relaxed feel to it and they were willing to help and provide information. This is not a high pressure dealer, just an honest, hard working dealer. When we arrived they had a note in the vehicle welcoming us, a little touch but was really appreciated. This is my new dealer even though it clearly isn't the closest.
