My Van was delivered with different options and nobody NOTIFIED me about changes and I was waiting for 7 months on that van. Which is costed me additional $7000 to order a different van. I’ve been going here for the past 7 years and recently gotten a new GLC300 to bring in for service. I would drive an hr to bring my vehicle in, Keenan Motors was that good. Ever since Faulkner took over t gotten a new GLC300 to bring in for service. I would drive an hr to bring my vehicle in, Keenan Motors was that good. Ever since Faulkner took over the service has plummeted. Over charging on services Keenan would of provided, lack of communication are among the few to name. The back seats interior wasn’t even vacuumed when I explicitly asked because I have car seats in the back. The quality of service has gone down, I would never return to this dealership. More
