I'll never return to this dealership, ever. I went to Keffer Hyundai after seeing great promotional prices online. When I arrived Keffer wanted to know what I could afford. I was not willing to I went to Keffer Hyundai after seeing great promotional prices online. When I arrived Keffer wanted to know what I could afford. I was not willing to share my financial information. (Just show me the cars I want to see and I'll decide if I can afford it.) Keffer kept asking about my finances and of course, the total cost of the car miraculously happened to be the max payment I was willing to make. I was then told the promotion price advertised online wasn't accurate and it was just to get people in the door. (False advertising) I ended up buying a car eventually. It had almost 4k miles on it (managers special), but the dealership refused to acknowledge it as a used vehicle. I learned it was a dealership repo. I had to go back to Keffer for a missing part in the rear door. The sales team did not return my calls or emails once I had realized there was a part missing. Only after calling the sales guys cell phone did I get a callback and, of course, nobody knew why this part was missing. I took time off from work and waited for an hour until the Keffer service department told me they could not fix the door because they had ordered the wrong part. Keffer promised to mail the part to my house so I wouldn't need to return. The following week they called to inform me I missed an appointment I never setup and they could not confirm if they received the correct part or if they had (or had not) shipped it to my home address. I will not a buy another car from a dealership with the Keffer name on it. More

I walked into the dealership just wanting to test drive (As I am sure a lot of people "plan" on doing!) and get more information on leasing options. I was going to stop at a few more dealerships to test drive other cars I was interested in but I fell in love with the Sante Fe and the owner walked up to us and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse so it was a no brainer!! I couldn't walk away and I didn't... I left there driving my new car home (2017 Sante Fe Sport) and I couldn't be happier!! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!
