Friendly Staff, Negotiated Price, Okay Experience I was looking to buy a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Sport FWD and found Keffer Mazda through TrueCar. Mazda was selling the vehicle I wanted for a good price, so I I was looking to buy a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Sport FWD and found Keffer Mazda through TrueCar. Mazda was selling the vehicle I wanted for a good price, so I set up a test drive with Jaleil Strickland. Jaleil was very knowledgeable about the car and setting the test drive up was a seamless experience. After my test drive, I reached back out to Keffer Mazda to negotiate price. I began emailing with Bob Falcigno, but he was very slow to respond to my emails, so I reached out to Jaleil. Jaleil was very fast to respond to my emails, but was a little difficult to work with when negotiating price. He kept trying to get me to visit the dealership unnecessarily (I am assuming so that they could try to up-sell me). He also kept pushing me to "wrap this up." Once we finally agreed on a price, the process of getting the vehicle was smooth-sailing. Overall, I was happy with the price I negotiated, with the friendliness of the staff, and the dealership is very nice. I will add this, though- throughout the entire process of taking with Keffer Mazda and negotiating, not one person mentioned that Keffer Mazda adds a package called the "Keffer Experience" to the vehicles they sell. The "Keffer Experience" adds a complimentary first oil change, unlimited multi-point inspections, complimentary service loaner, local shuttle service, unlimited car washes with service, roadside assistance, nitrogen fill for tires for life of vehicle, window tint, 10% discount on accessories, etc. They value this at $2,999, which can be a big added vehicle cost for people who do not realize it. I was not upset about the cost, but was honestly annoyed that no one mentioned this to me. I almost went to another dealership and would have never known about the added benefits of purchasing a car through Keffer. More

Jaleil helped me find the car that I wanted that was close to my price range. He answered all of my questions and had a lot of knowledge about each vehicle that I looked at. After haggling over the price, we were told that we had a deal on Wednesday morning. We scheduled to come by after work with a certified check to purchase the vehicle. Around 3pm, we received a call stating another person was in the dealership obtaining financing for the same vehicle. My issue is that we were told we had a deal. No one stated that we needed to come in ASAP to secure the vehicle. If we had been told that, we would have made provisions to do just that. Shady dealings if you ask me. If this is how Sales Managers for Keffer do business, I suggest you tread lightly if you choose to deal with them. More

Great purchase experience, with not great results I purchased a used car which was not a brand Keffer sells. Everyone was kind and professional and the dealership is beautiful. I thought I'd had a great experience until I had the car checked at the dealership that sells that model of car. Repairs were needed which ended up costing me additional money. Each of these items would have been found if the car had been inspected or simply put on a lift. Nothing tricky or hard to find. I am left assuming that the car was not checked out at all. What started as a really positive experience turned into a huge disappointment. More
