When dealership opened on Monday, received call from Sales person (Lorenzo Genaro) who set up appt to test drive car. Since video of car was not complete, Lorenzo facilitated completion of same and sent so wife at work could see car in absence of being able to test drive. Car was prepped for test drive upon arrival. Lorenzo was very familiar with vehicle specs and controls during test drive. Since this was Lorenzo's first sale, Arkeayes Cunningham served as liaison with Sales Mgr to assess trade-in and close deal. Since "outside" car buying service was used, returned next day to complete documentation with Wendy White - very pleasant and efficient - and pick-up vehicle ... Abeba taking care to ensure my satisfaction and assisting with a smile. Lorenzo initiated followed-up post purchase and made himself available to answer questions.
