Car Buying Made Easy I do not look forward to buying a car, but we needed an all-wheel drive vehicle. Keefer made the entire experience simple and a pleasure. The essential key to the process was our Sales Rep Robert Ciarletta and of course, the great product that Mazda makes. Robert found out our needs and immediately took us out in the Mazda we'd come to test. We discussed financing, our trade-in, etc. and he came up with a Keffer price which we felt more than fair. We left to think about it and closed the deal the next day, no pressure, and arranged to pick up our new Mazda the end of the week. When we returned, Robert had all the paperwork ready, (even our first free service appt.). Tony Rios, Finance Director, walked us through all the papers and explained various extended coverage plans and extras available. Robert brought our Mazda around front, checked us out on all its advanced technology (hooking our phones into the car speakers, finding our basketball game on the high tech radio) and sent us off. We are delighted with our new Mazda and my husband is now seriously thinking of getting one, from Robert at Keffer, of course. We now have our car dealer! More

Since I had visited another Mazda dealership the day before, I didn't want to talk about the car, only the price. Kenny made this the most pleasant experience possible! I told him the price I wanted them to beat, and within 30 minutes we had made a deal. Kenny didn't try any pushy salesman tactics, and even made sure the car included a cargo net in the trunk like one had I test drove. I absolutely love my Mazda3! More

They took a deposit and held the car for me as I waited for a refund from previous dealer. The overall process was pleasure able and seamless!!! More

Very friendly and helpful I came to the dealership off a suggestion from my dad, looking for my first car to buy from a dealer. When I got there, I was promptly greeted by Mary. She let me into the car, a 2012 Kia Forte, and showed me all the features. We went for a test drive and she told me what she knew about the car (a lot). I also learned that it was a very fair price. We went back inside so I could fill out the paperwork. Once I had the basics filled out, she handed me over to an equally friendly JJ. He helped me through the finances, being polite and understanding, while also explaining anything I didn't understand. They have great people and great service. I would definitely recommend them. More
