Great shopping & buying experience I stopped by Keffer Mazda a couple of months before I purchased to test drive the new CX 3. I was just starting to consider the CX 3, which started s I stopped by Keffer Mazda a couple of months before I purchased to test drive the new CX 3. I was just starting to consider the CX 3, which started selling in the US a month or so earlier. I was looking at several models of small SUVs across different brands, and wasn't anywhere close to choosing one. I was fully expecting to get a hard sell to buy that day, but JJ respected where I was in the car shopping process and simply gave me his card after the test drive and said to contact him when I was ready. That happened a few days ago. I contacted JJ directly to get a quote on a couple of different model CX 3s they had in stock. He gave me detailed quotes, which included all fees and dealer-added accessories, without hesitation. He didn't pressure me to come in, respected that I was doing comparison shopping across several Mazda dealers and took the time to quickly answer any questions I had about the quote and the CX 3. Once I had accepted his offer over the other dealers' offers, JJ made the trade-in process easy and transparent. He and Tony Rios made the overall buying process very quick & easy. More

Great Salesman! John Jenkins (JJ) was a fantastic salesman! He came out to greet us even before we got out of the car. I told him exactly what I was looking for and h John Jenkins (JJ) was a fantastic salesman! He came out to greet us even before we got out of the car. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he found it - even in my preferred color! The test drive was a little short, but we got stuck behind a student driver. I still got a feel for the car. JJ got me the best deal he possibly could and made me feel comfortable about the lease. Unfortunately, I couldn't lease from JJ because of emission regulations in the state where I live. But JJ did all he could to try and make it work. I would absolutely recommend this dealership without any reservations! If I ever move to NC, I will work with them again! More
