Keffer Mazda - Service Center

Service Department Attempted to Take Advantage of Me I have an issue with a dash light coming on for my Mazda 3. I told the person when I made the appointment that I wanted no further inspection. I was I have an issue with a dash light coming on for my Mazda 3. I told the person when I made the appointment that I wanted no further inspection. I was called and told that they had located an issue with the motor mount which had nothing to do with the reason I brought in the car for service. The invoice indicated that I requested a tire inspection and a brake inspection. NOT TRUE. Since I could not trust them to follow simple instructions and not look for additional things wrong with my car, I decided to take the car elsewhere for service. I went to two other mechanics in town and both CONFIRMED that there was no issue with the motor mount. So, in addition to not following my instructions, they also attempted to sell me something that I did not need. I will never take a car to them again. More

Excellent Service I bought my car from Keffer about 4 months ago. Had a slight brake squeak. Made an appointment with Chris Brannon to get this fixed. I've been taking my car to this location for service since last July when I needed an oil leak fixed around my timing chain and I've been taking it ba I've been taking my car to this location for service since last July when I needed an oil leak fixed around my timing chain and I've been taking it back for every squeak due to the amazing customer service I received and continue to receive. I know, without a doubt, that they work on my vehicle with my best interest in mind. I absolutely recommend this location for any service you might need, these guys ROCK! Especially Chris with his excellent customer service. His follow up is outstanding and there is not a day that goes by where I wonder about the status of my vehicle. More
