I had a really bad experience. I made an appointment for an oil change and was offered an inspection sticker and said yes. I was told it would be an hour and 45mins and I was fine I made an appointment for an oil change and was offered an inspection sticker and said yes. I was told it would be an hour and 45mins and I was fine with the time frame. I waited 2 and a half hours and they never even did my inspection sticker. So I waited that long just for an oil change. I have never waited for my car to be serviced that long and I always did the express lane. I made this appointment because I had a time frame to work with and had other things I needed to do that day on a time frame. What’s the point of making an appointment if I’m going to wait longer than I would if I just drove in? And I didn’t even get serviced what I was told they were going to service. I was almost late picking my son up from school because I waited so long for something that could’ve been done in 30-45mins. I never had this experience going to the express lane. If you have an appointment, your car should be serviced at the time you make the appointment. Thank you. More

My experience with Kelly's Jeep was exemplary. They are always there to assist me in my time of need. The people at Kelly have been fantastic to me starting with the sales manager. Andrew and my n They are always there to assist me in my time of need. The people at Kelly have been fantastic to me starting with the sales manager. Andrew and my new friend Nancy with a laughing face. When I feel comfortable because of the treatment I get from there it makes me want to return the purchase. Another vehicle left in the future. I've already purchased two or three. I don't remember but my sister went there recently because of me and she purchased one. I wish all businesses were of a more personal nature as Kelly is. My car service was quicker than expected really thank these people for such a great service. It took 5 hours to complete the job since it was so extensive but Cleiton was very straight forward with what these people for such a great service. This is a place where I purchase my current vehicle and also the one before it that I drove for 21 years, Jeep Cherokee Laredo. Every time I visit this place (primarity for service but also for other warranty related service) is a positive, an outstanding experience - from service to management. Reise in particular is the most amazing human being as well as taking care my vehicle. Today, was an extraordinary day, not only servicing my Jeep, as they always do, but also myself. I am an individual with mobility challenges and did have difficulty getting from here to there and up. Everyone there, including sales staff, ran for assistance. You know Who you Are. Terrible service: brought vehicle in a 9:00 am for recall and state inspection sticker. I was told by Joe that it would take 3 hours, received call at 1:30 from him and was told about all the issues with m and state inspection sticker. I was told by Joe that it would take 3 hours, received call at 1:30 from him and was told about all the issues with my vehicle. I then asked if they had finished the “recall” and was told they were in process of wrapping it up within the next 30 minutes. Told Joe that I would pick up the vehicle at 3:00 P.M. at which time I arrived. Was told that it would be another 30 minutes, so I waited. Car was not completed until after 4:00 P.M. (7 hours later) State inspection sticker was never performed. Kelly’s major concern was to find as many things wrong with the vehicle for additional service fees vs repairing the recall. Kelly Jeep is a dealership that I would never recommend to anyone. Let alone purchase a vehicle there. More
