I have been a Mitsubishi owner since 1998 and have been a loyal service center customer. I have had several problems with my vehicles and have recieved less than adequate service. Service center labor prices, as explained to me, are no longer charged by the hour but selected from "grid pricing". I have called other Mitsubishi service centers only to find out that I could have saved $79.00on my last service by being more selective and choosing a more honest Mitsubishi service center. Mike is pleasant as long as you don't question the pricing. His attitude and tone of voice then become quite flippant!This is unprofessional behavior.
