"Not the most trusted service center"

So I have been buying cars for years from Kelly Mitsubishi for years. For the most part I had plenty of experiences going to their service center for oil changes. Here are the last year's worth of experences. 1. Took car for oil change and service . Top off fluids and all. When I left and got down the road I went to use wiper fluid and was completely empty still. So I got home and opened hood to add some. When I did so I noticed they dumped oil all over valve cover and never cleaned up. And did not look like they took the time to check anything else because none of the lids looked like they were touched. 2. My 2 year old car still under warranty. Same car as above. Was making a noise when I stepped on gas. And belts would scream. I took to service center to have them check it out. They test drove and said they heard it but did not see anything. So I ignored it. After a while I took it back right before I went on a trip to NC just to have them go over it and also check that again because it seemed like it got worse. They said they do not hear it now and they don't see anything. Well when I was there I fell in love with another lancer red color and was highly interested l. So after I got back I went to check into buying this red lancer 2016 sel. During the time they took my blue lancer 2013 for a spin and checked it out for trade in. They then found two broken motor mounts and a small leak and that sales manager said that's what the noise was. So explain when I asked them to find it they couldn't and when I took it to trade they did? 3. After buying my bran new lancer 2016 it would randomly lose power and xxxx down leaving me sit in intersections or where ever for seconds to almost a minute before coming to power again. I took it down to them 2 times to find a problem and they found nothing with car. I was too point that I said I am going else where. Took to another mitsubishi service center and they rebooted computer and it works fine now. No problem for months. Something simple. Like they never even cared.

I felt the need to write a review because I was overall extremely pleased with the entire car buying process at Kelly Risk Free. Ben Pino had such wonderful customer service! He is a great young man. I also wanted to send a special thank you to manager Travis Nelson for giving my wife and I a great price that fits perfectly in our budget. I could not have asked for a better experience and really do appreciate the customer service that I received at Kelly Risk Free. I will be recommending Ben & Travis to anyone in the future. "Roller Coaster Ride"

Recently went in to talk with the manager about buying my current Mitsu Sport. I was overdue for the 60,000 mile check. Had wonderful start, just like the excitement of anticipating a great coaster ride. They let me take a 2016 home because we didn't have time to finalize paperwork same day. Loved being able to try it out and have time to think. Went in the next day to finish paperwork and everything was changed from what we talked about .That felt like the scream while going down hill. I told them I changed my mind and wanted my 2011 back. While I was waiting for them to get it, the manager and the salesman were very concerned about what happened and what they could do to fix it. They let me take the new one home another night and promised to have everything ready for next day pick up. True to their word they had all the paperwork ready to sign and showed me all the new updates, synced my cell for me and I was off. I had mentioned a struggle with trying to decide lease over purchase because I wanted tinted front windows more than anything. They felt so bad about stressing me out and upsetting me, that as an apology, they offered to pay for the window tinting. That was enough for me to know they really were listening, and wanted to begin a relationship that would take us forward. That was like coming back into the docking area where you get off the coaster with the biggest smile on your face cause the ride was far more than worth it, and better than I thought, and even exceeded my expectations. Thank you Chris and Louie, you made a friend for life. My particular situation involved a 1,000. service bill and 1,000. loan balance to buy which they did and still managed to keep my payment affordable. I will be telling anyone I meet to consider Mitsubishi when looking for a car.

"Second chance.."

UPDATE 1/14/2016: I had my car repaired with the help of the service manager John. He was probably the best thing that ever happened to this place. He really went out of his way to rectify a bad situation!!! He went above and beyond, my repairs were done in a timely manner and the repairs actually exceeded my expectations. I have been there twice now after for routine maintenance and they and they have done a lot of changes. The receptionist was nice and they got back to me right away. I am giving this repair shop another chance. But they really should know that its only because of JOHN that I am even willing to stay with this repair shop. Had requested my car be repaired here after an accident because this is where I got my car so I knew they would do a better job then some other place that progressive had requested. instead i got the run around like no other! Took over 20 days for repairs and then leading up to the end every other day was new problem. Trying to get a hold of someone in this place is hilarious, and even the receptionists dont know what the heck they are doing! They constantly transferred me to all the wrong people everytime I called. I mainly dealt with Jim and Robert when they actually answered or called me back. Got call on 7/27 at 4:52 pm that my car was done . I said great ill be there right now to pick it up and was told no sorry we close at 5 but you can come tomorrow morning. (why call me at 4:52 to tell me that) I said ok ill be there as soon as you open. About an hour later I get a call from Robert that he did a look around and realized my car still didnt have the tire put on and that it would be done by lunch on 7/28. So obviously if you stayed late you could have had me pick up the car. (customer service 101- of course ill stay, if you can make it right now) Well here we are on 7/28 i have left 3 voicemails and its now 2:04 pm. Chances are they are going to call me and say it will be done tomorrow. This place is a JOKE for sales and a JOKE for repairs. I would stay as far away from them as possible!!! I will be filing a complaint as well with the BBB because of how much BS i dealt with the whole time of my repairs. But at least they got the $10,000 in repair costs!!!!!! After not hearing back from anyone I decided to show up at the repair shop. And low and behold Robert is sitting at his desk and my car is done sitting in the LOT!!!!! SURPRISE!!! Then I got to deal with the nasty receptionist who has an attitude like no other and NO customer service what so ever! And I also confirmed that they have caller ID and avoided my calls.Finally get my car back after I pay my deductible and Robert says " sorry about everything"! REALLY! All day you had my car just sitting there!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope they close this place down!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS hole!
