recall on ford fusion when I called for appointment they told me approximate 1 hour for diagnose or if a problem I could come back and they must have taken car immediately when I called for appointment they told me approximate 1 hour for diagnose or if a problem I could come back and they must have taken car immediately as I hadn't finished my coffee and Ashley appeared and said car was available!! cant beat the service!!! The service department is excellent. Although I prefer not to see them so often as I would like my truck to be without need for service, they are great.
