I had a problem with my car, not running because of the transmission problem. I had it towed to Ken Ganley Nissan in Mayfield Heights on Thursday afternoon. I never heard back from them. I ended up walking transmission problem. I had it towed to Ken Ganley Nissan in Mayfield Heights on Thursday afternoon. I never heard back from them. I ended up walking in on Monday at the end of the day until until I found out my transmission was shot, I sat down. They gave me figures on a comparable car which was the Ultima. It was too expensive to lease it so they offered me the centra which was cheaper at a price that was still too expensive for me to afford the next day. I visited a Honda dealership I looked at the Honda Civic, it was a little bit more expensive than I could afford and then they came back and told me they had a deal on the Honda Accord, which was a better deal than Ken Ganley was willing to give me on the Sentra so in conclusion I was not happy with how long it took them just to diagnose what was wrong with my car I kept on hearing we only have two technicians and 30 cars my daughter had gone there with me a couple years earlier and And got a lease from them. I would not go back to that dealership. More
