When we arrived to discuss the offer, we were turned over to Marlene Seelig, our salesperson. Marlene was very nice, however we didn't think she was knowledgeable enough about her product. She got frustrated when we questioned some details about the vehicle/deal and became a little condescending, When we arrived to pick up our Forester the following week, the detailing for delivery left a lot to be desired, with fingerprints on the windows and a large dead bug inside the car on the front passenger mat. Nevertheless, we are very happy with our Subaru Forester and with Ganley East. More

2019 Subaru Ascent I ordered a new 2019 Ascent from Brad Lunar of Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe back in February 2018 (the first week Subaru was taking orders). Subaru star I ordered a new 2019 Ascent from Brad Lunar of Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe back in February 2018 (the first week Subaru was taking orders). Subaru started making deliveries in June and I received the 3rd Ascent received by Ganley in Wickliffe. Brad and Mike Kaminski kept me informed throughout the process and while they weren't offering any deals on the Ascent due to the high demand and limited production, they did work with me on the trade of my 2016 Outback. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and while the process is always a little painful, dealing with the guys at Ganley Wickliffe is relatively pain-free. The 2019 Ascent is the 2nd Subaru, I've purchased from Ganley Wickliffe and the 6th Subaru that I've owned in my lifetime. I love the car and its a good group of people at Ganley Wickliffe. They are low pressure and well informed. More
